Race Summary 12 Hours of Old El Paso will be held on Saturday October 23, 2010 beginning at 10:00 am and running until 10:00 PM, at the Bowen Ranch Round House. Complete as many laps as you can on the 8 mile course in Solo, Duo, 4 Person or Corporate Teams up to 10 riders. CO-ED Team options are available. All categories are open and will not be divided into age groups or USA Cycling categories. Trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers of each category. Prizes will be raffled and awarded immediately following the race.
Race Fees
- Early Registration July 4 - August 31 - $50.00 per racer
- Regular Registration September 1 - October 15 - $60.00 per racer
- Late Registration October 16 - 20 $70.00 per racer
- One day license fee is $10.00 (Waved with USA Cycling Annual License)
T-shirts (available in sizes small, medium, large and x-large) are $15.00 at time of registration, $20.00 on Packet Pick Up and Race Days.

Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will be held on Thursday October 21, and Friday October 22, from 12 - 6 p.m. at The Bicycle Company, located at 3800 N Mesa Suite D5, El Paso Texas 79902.
Race Venue
- The race venue is located in the northeast part of El Paso on Bowen Ranch.
- The venue entrance is located 2.6 miles north of U.S. 54 on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. (also called Farm to Market Road 3255) Signs will be placed at the gate directing racers to the Bowen Roundhouse Venue.
- We ask that you please follow the direction of parking attendants in an effort to maximize the utilization of parking space.
- Solo racers will have a reserved pit area along the returning trail (before main tent).
- There will be designated parking for RV's and trailers (No electric or water hookups) and separate parking for vehicles.
- There will be port-a-potties available for racers and spectators.
- Food and Beverages will be provided to racers.
- Cold Beer for everyone of legal age.
Race Course
The 8 mile long race course is made up of single track trail (about 75%) and double track (about 25%). Course runs south from Bowen Roundhouse out Lazy Cow Trail and returns via Mad Cow Trail.
